We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our roofing production operations. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency, quality, and timely completion of our projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members.

Position Overview:

As a Production Manager at Associate Roofing, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our roofing production team. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of roofing systems and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Manage and coordinate all aspects of roofing production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate production crews to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget Management: Monitor project costs, labor, and materials to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production challenges, including delays, material shortages, or unexpected site conditions.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to OSHA guidelines and company policies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including progress reports, budgets, and quality control documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred but not required).
