Position Overview:
As a Roofing Project Manager at Associate Roofing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects. You will be responsible for selling custom roofing solutions to clients, managing the entire project lifecycle, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, team members, and vendors. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the roofing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation & Sales: Meet with clients to assess their roofing needs, provide expert advice, and present customized roofing solutions that align with their goals and budget.
- Project Planning & Estimation: Conduct thorough site inspections, create detailed project estimates, and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of roofing projects, from initial consultation to final completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections to ensure work meets company standards and customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, including contracts, change orders, and warranties.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and generate repeat business through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in roofing sales, project management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred but not required).
