This project involved a full roof restoration at a mixed-slope property featuring both mansard and low-slope sections. We replaced the mansard shingles with new architectural shingles to enhance curb appeal and durability. The flat roof was upgraded with a new EPDM membrane system, providing long-term weather resistance and watertight protection.
