This is The Parish house next to the church a few hundred feet/yards on a main street. 6-7 bedroom old victorian house with asphalt shingle chipping off. Roof was fully replaced with GAF Timberline HDZ asphalt Shingles Color Charcoal and a small Carlisle Syntec Rubber .060 EPDM black roof section was replaced as well.
